The Fun Starts Here

Please read the following details carefully:

We are finally able to reopen starting Tuesday, June 1st! YAY!

We will be open for a limited number of classes and programs due to COVID safety guidelines and a limited number of volunteers. You must sign up for programs and classes in advance with the instructor or program leader. There will be no general admission into the building at this time.

We are starting slow and will hopefully add more classes and programs as we gradually reopen. Please be kind and patient during this transition.

A NEW yoga class, classes are in the multi-purpose room. Please enter through the multi-purpose room doors. Marla Garr, a 500RYT Kripalu yoga teacher, has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and teaching for over 5 years. Kripalu yoga is a gentle yoga suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Kripalu yoga uses props, as needed, so you can discover new ways to move your bodies without insult or injury. Kripalu invites you to embrace the edges of your ability and grow with adaptation and time. There is a limited amount of equipment that can be used, but practitioners are welcome to bring their own mat, bolsters, blocks, belts and blankets. Marla looks forward to sharing the practice of gentle, embracing and relaxing yoga. This class is free, with donations being humbly accepted.
